Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring the fam and meet us at Lake Walk for a fun themed Stroller Strides. We will have lots of fun activities for you and your significant other, but feel free to come solo as well! It will be a great time of fitness, laughter, and most certainly fun!
Body Well is about a transformative journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful, and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
The session includes 6 in person workouts, access to 6 stroller classes or 6 Body Ignite classes (during the 6 week session), supplemental prenatal information, additional at-home prenatal workouts and nutrition information.
Body Boost® MINI sessions are a shortened "mini
version" of our 8-week transformation program focused on maintenance and
accountability to continue improving your overall health and well being. MINI
sessions include two high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) and one strength training class designed
to challenge, empower, and recharge you. MINI sessions will keep you connected
to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in the power of taking care
of YOU.
