18.4 Body Back AM $249 • 2 visits per Week for 3 months • Body Back is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get her body back. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.

This session will meet Tuesdays at 6am & Saturdays at 7am June 19th- August 16th

Unlimited Class Membership $60 every month • Unlimited visits • Get access to unlimited Stroller Strides and Fit4baby classes with our most popular plan!

Maternity Leave Package $60 every month • Unlimited visits • Join us while you are on maternity leave! We will help you properly begin to activate those muscles postpartum, get you out of the house, and connect you with other mamas who have been in your shoes or are there NOW!

Saturday Strides Membership $30 every month • Unlimited visits • For full time working moms and students ONLY. We now have an exclusive membership just for you! Get access to Stroller StridesĀ® classes including unlimited Saturdays at Lake Walk and all weekday school holidays.

Summer Teacher Pass $139 • Unlimited visits for 3 months • Teacher Summer Pass allows Teachers to spend the summer with FIT4MOM BCS by attending unlimited Stroller Strides + Fit4Baby classes 6 days a week all summer long along with all of Our Village playgroups, field trips, and Mom's Night Out. Pass valid June - August.

Body Back Payment $74.50 • Unlimited visits for 4 weeks • First payment must be made on the first day of the session and second payment made on first day of the fourth week.

Body Back Deposit $50 • Unlimited visits for 3 months • $50 deposit to hold spot for the upcoming session.

Body BackĀ® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 small group high intensity classes per week, digital access to at-home workouts, recipe guide, and personalized coaching/support.

The Session will meet June 19th - August 16th at Wolf Pen Park on Tuesday/Thursdays at 7:30 pm.
